How did we enable Credit Union Electronic Transaction Services (CUETS) to achieve a record smashing 342% increase in balance transfers? By keeping it a secret.

CUETS needed to promote their low transfer rate but their legal department wouldn’t allow us to reveal the actual rate. So what did we do? Appeal to everyone’s curiosity by hiding the attractive rate.  
Posters, shelf talkers, tent cards, web banners, and tellers’ buttons invited customer inquiries. And ask they did in unprecedented numbers. The result: Three Hundred and Forty Two Percent increase over the previous year.
